Yes. The six capability blocks above are our core services, but nine years of trade means we've solved most edge cases — specialty attachments, rare brands, consolidated multi-machine orders, you name it. If we can't do it, we'll tell you honestly rather than overpromise.
Q2. Do you handle both new and used machines?
Our division Archer Machinery focuses on new equipment from authorized OEMs, plus import guides for used Chinese excavators. For used-unit sourcing specifically, tell us your target model and we'll advise on the safest route.
Q3. What does "factory-direct" actually mean here?
It means we buy straight from authorized OEMs — not traders reselling traders. You get OEM pricing with a transparent breakdown, and we coordinate the factory directly on specs, inspection, and lead time.
Q4. Do you supply spare parts for machines bought elsewhere?
We do. Archer Parts fulfills genuine and OEM parts not only for the equipment we sell, but for fleets sourced through other channels too — just share your model and serial number.
