What does DDP mean for my shipment?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything — freight, insurance, import duties and customs clearance — and deliver to your door. You don't deal with the port or the tax office.
How long does international shipping take?
Typical transit is 25–45 days depending on route and mode (FCL/LCL/RO-RO). We give you a confirmed schedule with the quote and track the shipment until it lands.
Can you ship to a landlocked country?
Yes. We route through the nearest sea port and arrange bonded inland transport to your city — DDP covers the full journey to your door, not just the port.
